Software that fits how your business runs.
If your team keeps the same data in five spreadsheets and copies it between them by hand, a small custom system usually pays for itself. We build internal tools, client portals and SaaS products, and a founder reviews every release before you see it.

Software built around how you work.
One place for your data
Orders, customers and stock live in one system instead of five spreadsheets, so nobody copies data by hand.
Easy to add to later
Clean, documented code, so the next feature costs less than the first.
Safe from day one
Each person logs in with the right permissions, every change is logged, and backups run on a schedule.
When custom software makes sense.

Off-the-shelf software is the right answer more often than people expect, and we will tell you when it is. Custom software makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, or when the tools you pay for force your team into workarounds every day.
We start by sitting with the people who will use the system and mapping what they actually do. Then we design the screens, build in small releases and show you each one, so you can change priorities without paying for work that gets thrown away.
The software we build.
SaaS products
Software you sell to other businesses, with separate accounts, user roles, billing and a dashboard.
ERP and internal tools
One system for orders, stock, staff or production, built around how your team already works.
Dashboards that act
Dashboards that show what is happening and let your team act on it, such as approving an order or sending a reminder, from the same screen.
Client portals
A login for your clients to see progress, download files, raise requests and pay invoices.
Reports that build themselves
Figures pulled from your accounts, CRM and sheets automatically, so Monday's numbers are ready on Monday.
APIs and integrations
Connections to the tools you already use, such as accounting software, payment gateways and your CRM.
Built and running
Systems in production today.
Not concepts. These run every day, for clients and for our own studio. The screens are the real ones, with client details blurred.

ATR Drill, Dubai
A command centre running three agents: a lead scraper that pulls prospects from search and maps into Supabase, an email outreach agent that sends, listens for replies and classifies them, and a sales handoff agent that briefs a rep on WhatsApp the moment a lead turns hot.

RestoPOS
Hotel and restaurant operations
Point of sale for hotels and restaurants: table floor view, orders, kitchen and waiter panels, bookings, liquor stock and billing, with a dashboard that scopes revenue to the business day rather than midnight.

Promogranade Operations
Our own CRM, customisable for other businesses
The CRM we built to run the studio and now tailor for clients: RFQs and quotations from first enquiry to final invoice, a sales pipeline, leads, tasks, finance with payments and receivables, client outreach, the team and an activity log, in one private workspace.

Review Assistant
Food Mitra, Jalgaon, and other local businesses
Turns happy customers into Google reviews: a printed QR sticker opens the business's review page, the customer taps a rating, AI drafts the review in English or Hinglish from the business's own services and highlights, and they copy it straight to Google. Owners manage each business, its QR and the analytics from one admin.

Custom software: when it is worth paying for.

Custom software is an application built for one business rather than for everyone. It usually starts when off-the-shelf tools stop fitting: the team keeps data in several places, copies it between them by hand, or pays for features it never uses while missing the one it needs.
The builds we are asked for most are internal tools that replace spreadsheets, client portals, dashboards that pull figures from several systems, and SaaS products a business sells to its own customers. Most of them have to connect to tools already in use, such as accounting software, a CRM or a payment gateway.
The price depends on the number of screens, the number of user roles and the integrations, so we quote each project after a call. You own the code at the end, and it is documented so another team could pick it up.

How to build a SaaS product: the early decisions that are expensive to change.
