Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Promogranade collects through promogranade.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Introduction & scope

Promogranade ("we", "us", "our") is a B2B services studio. We build websites, custom applications, AI agents and systems, and we run SEO/GEO/AEO, social media marketing, Meta and Google ads, and workflow automation for clients.

This policy governs the promogranade.com website and the limited personal information we handle through it: the contact form, the careers form, and our on-site AI assistant.

If you become a paying client, the personal and project data we process during that engagement is governed by the signed agreement between us, including any data-processing terms in it. This website policy does not override those agreements; where they conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

The website does not sell products, process payments, or offer user accounts or logins. There is nothing to buy and no account to create here.

This is our Privacy Policy. Your use of the website is also subject to our Terms of Service, which cover separate matters such as acceptable use, intellectual property, and liability.

2. Who we are & how to contact us

Promogranade is the trading name for the studio founded by Abhinandan Jain. Our team is based in India and we operate remotely, serving clients globally, including in the UK, UAE, US, and India.

For the personal data we collect through this website, Promogranade determines the purposes and means of processing. We therefore act as the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and as the data controller for GDPR / UK GDPR purposes).

For any privacy question, request, or grievance, contact us using the details below. Under the DPDP Act and the IT Act / SPDI Rules, the contact below also serves as our grievance redressal point.

  • Email (general and privacy / grievance): hello@promogranade.com
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +91 95117 84952
  • Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00 IST
  • Grievance / Privacy Officer: reachable at hello@promogranade.com
  • Postal address: available on request — email us and we will provide it.

3. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you, evaluate job applicants, and run the website. We split this into information you give us and information collected automatically.

Where we ask for information through a form, those fields are necessary for the stated purpose. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to reply to your enquiry or assess your application.

3(a). Information you give us

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Your message
  • Careers form. When you apply for a role, we collect: name, age, contact number, professional email, city, state, qualification, role applied for, years of experience, and the résumé file you upload. This submission is relayed by FormSubmit to a company email mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail / Google Workspace), so this data and your résumé file come to rest with Google — see Section 6.
  • Chatbot. When you type a message to our AI assistant ("Promo"), we process the text of your conversation to answer you. For open-ended questions, if an API key is configured, that conversation text is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply (see Section 6). Please do not paste sensitive personal information into the chat.

3(b). Information collected automatically

Like any website, when you visit promogranade.com our hosting provider Vercel processes standard server and request logs to serve, secure, and debug the site. These logs can include your IP address, browser / user-agent string, and timestamps.

If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us as personal data.

  • We do NOT use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We have NO analytics product installed (for example, no Google Analytics and no Meta Pixel).
  • The site sets no cookies of its own.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

We keep this simple. The only browser storage we use is localStorage to remember your light / dark theme preference. That value lives on your device.

We do not place advertising or tracking cookies, and we have no analytics installed at this time. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. Third parties & sub-processors

To run the website and its forms, we rely on a small set of reputable service providers. They process the relevant data on our behalf or under their own terms, as noted below.

  • Google (Google LLC — Google Workspace / Gmail): contact-form submissions are sent through a Google Apps Script web app, which appends each submission as a row to a private Google Sheet and emails it to hello@promogranade.com. Separately, careers-form submissions — including your uploaded résumé file — are relayed by FormSubmit and delivered to a company email mailbox hosted by Google. As a result, both contact-form data and careers-form data (including résumés) come to rest in Google's systems.
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): a third-party form-relay service that receives careers-form submissions, including your uploaded résumé file, and emails them to our inbox. Your résumé passes through FormSubmit before reaching us.
  • Anthropic (Claude API): for open-ended chatbot questions, if an API key is configured, the text of your conversation is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. Anthropic processes that text under Anthropic's own terms. We do NOT store chat messages in a database; they are processed transiently. Common questions are answered from a built-in rule list with no external call.
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc.): hosts the website and processes standard server / request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to serve, secure, and debug the site.
  • Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) and LinkedIn: only relevant if you click an outbound link to those services. Once you engage with them, their own policies apply.
  • We do NOT sell your personal data to anyone.

7. International data transfers

Because we operate from India, serve clients globally, and use the providers listed above, your information may be processed outside India and outside your own country (for example, in jurisdictions where Google, Anthropic, FormSubmit, or Vercel operate).

Where personal data is transferred across borders, we seek to rely on lawful transfer mechanisms recognised under GDPR / UK GDPR — such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable — together with the safeguards each provider offers. We prefer providers that commit to appropriate protections for the data they handle.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we genuinely need it.

  • Contact-form data: kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and for up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Careers-form data and résumés: kept for the time needed to evaluate your application and for up to 6 months afterward in case a suitable role arises, then deleted.
  • Chatbot messages: not stored in a database by us; processed transiently to answer you.
  • Server logs: retained by Vercel for the limited period set by Vercel's own policy, to operate, secure, and debug the site.
  • We will delete your information sooner on request, unless we are legally required to retain it.

9. Security & breach notification

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including limiting access to the inboxes and sheets where form data lands, and relying on reputable providers that maintain their own security controls.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal-data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will act promptly to contain and investigate it, and we will notify you and the relevant authority (such as your supervisory authority or the Data Protection Board of India) where required by law. If you have a security concern, please contact us at hello@promogranade.com.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you have rights over your personal information. We honour the following.

India (DPDP Act, 2023)

Promogranade acts as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act. If you are a data principal in India, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it.
  • Correct, complete, update, or erase your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, as easily as you gave it (this does not affect processing already carried out).
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
  • Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if it remains unresolved.

EEA & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data (right to be forgotten).
  • Restrict our processing of your data.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office).

California (CCPA / CPRA)

We do NOT sell your personal information, and we do NOT share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents may contact us to exercise applicable rights.

How to exercise your rights

Email hello@promogranade.com with your request. Where appropriate, we may need to verify your identity before acting, applied proportionately to the request and the sensitivity of the data. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and in any case we aim to respond within 30 days; if we need more time, we will tell you why. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

11. Children's privacy

The website is intended for businesses and professionals, and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Consistent with the DPDP Act, we do not knowingly process the personal data of a child (a person under 18) without verifiable parental or guardian consent, and we do not track or behaviourally target children.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact hello@promogranade.com and we will delete it.

12. Automated decision-making

Our AI assistant ("Promo") is informational only. It answers questions and points you to the right place.

We do not use it, or any other tool on the website, to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, providers, or the law.

When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, take additional steps to notify you. Please review it periodically.

15. Contact & grievances

For any question, request, or complaint about this policy or your personal data — including grievance redressal under the DPDP Act and IT Rules — contact us:

  • Email: hello@promogranade.com
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +91 95117 84952 (Mon to Sat, 10:00 to 20:00 IST)
  • Postal address: available on request.
  • We aim to acknowledge and respond to grievances within 30 days of receipt.
